New Southside Kids Visitor Form

If it's your first time joining us, let us know you're coming! Parents, you can pre-register your children for our classrooms, available for infants through 5th grade.

Pre-registration is not required, but it can save time on your first Sunday morning. For their safety, all children in our classrooms must be checked in and out using our check-in system.
